► J.G. EBERLEIN & Co., Inc. was established in 1924 by John G. Eberlein, Sr. and in 1931 he was joined by his son John Jr. The company continued to grow, and together they were responsible for many of the early drawbak rulings that still have an impact today.  In 1948, Edward P. Denninger, Sr. joined the firm and by 1968 became the Vice President and the driving force behind the company’s growth in both size and reputation. Considered to be the foremost authority on Drawback until his retirement in 1997, he was responsible for many of the changes in the Drawback law.  During the 1970’s and 1980’s, Edward P. Denninger, Jr. and John T. Denninger, Sr. joined the firm and are currently responsible for the company’s reputation and success.

► Procedures and polices - It is our policy to familiarize ourselves with a client's business in order to provide the best service possible while having the least amount of impact on the day to day operations of the clients business. U.S. Customs and Border Protection requires that a drawback claimant nominate an employee to be responsible for the administration of its drawback program. J.G. Eberlein will work hand in hand with the individual to insure that the program is in compliance with all applicable regulations.

► J.G. Eberlein employs three licensed Customhouse Brokers totaling over 90 years in experience. Each drawback client is assigned to a licensed broker who administers the program. Other personnel are used in a supporting role. The licensed broker is at all times responsible for the drawback program.

► J.G. Eberlein will enter into a confidentiality agreement in order to insure that the client’s business interests are protected.

► Company guidelines and policies of quality control insure the strict adherence to the Drawback Regulations.
